Terms of service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Bloow. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Additional terms may apply to specific features or beta programs communicated separately.

Bloow is a SaaS-native Product OS for founders and small product teams: KPI dashboard, per-project roadmap with prioritization, execution cycles, competitive intelligence, metrics views, stack connections (e.g. Stripe, PostHog), optional first-party analytics ingest, and related workspace features. We may add, change, or remove features as the product evolves.

Bloow aggregates signals from tools you connect. It is not a deep analytics platform, ticket tracker, or cofounder equity/governance system. Availability of modules may vary by plan and is described on the marketing site and in-app.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Each account owns a workspace. Paid multi-seat plans unlock invites on that workspace; you may also join other workspaces by invitation. Workspace owners control membership, billing, and data in their workspace. Invite only people who are authorized to access your company data.

You agree not to misuse Bloow: no unlawful content, harassment, malware, unauthorized access attempts, scraping that impairs the service, or resale of the service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform, with notice when reasonable.

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe according to the pricing page. Taxes may apply. You may cancel renewal according to billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

Free tiers and trials may have usage limits. Downgrades may reduce available features or capacity.

You may connect third-party tools (e.g. Stripe, PostHog, Linear). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. You grant Bloow permission to access data you authorize for as long as the integration remains connected.

We are not responsible for third-party outages or data practices.

Bloow and its branding, software, and documentation are our property or our licensors’. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service during your subscription.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or force majeure may cause temporary unavailability.

Support is provided via documented channels. Enterprise or custom SLAs require a separate agreement.

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid to Bloow in the twelve months before the claim, except where law prohibits such limitation (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights).

You may stop using Bloow and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach, non-payment, or prolonged inactivity, with notice when practicable.

Upon termination, your right to access the service ends. Export your data before closure where export features are available.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Paris, France have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
